Initial public offer of upto 46,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited
("TPSL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs132 per equity share including a share premium of Rs
122 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs60.98 Crores ("the Issue"), of which 2,31,000 equity shares of face
value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs132 per equity share including a share premium of Rs122 per equity share aggregating to Rs3.05 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 43,89,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs132 per equity share including a share premium of Rs122 per equity share aggregating to Rs57.93 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute up to 26.40% and 25.08%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each.
Price Band: Rs132 per equity share of face value Rs10/- each.
The floor price is Rs13.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
