Initial public offering of up to 13,822,116 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs344 per equity share (Including a share Premium of Rs343 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs475.48 Crores through an offer for sale (the "Offer"), consisting of up to 2,700,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs92.88 Crores by Shree Hari Trust, up to 2,000,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each aggregating up to Rs68.8 Crores by Dhirajkumar Savjibhai Casoya, up to 6,479,063 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each aggregating up to Rs222.88 Crores by Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, up to 1,307,875 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs44.99 Crores by Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund, up to 1,335,178 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs45.93 Crores by Nhpea Sparkle Holding B.V. (Collectively, the "Selling Shareholders" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
The offer includes a reservation of up to 250,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each (Constituting [*]% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the Company) aggregating up to Rs8.6 Crores for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute [*]% and [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital, respectively.
Price Band: Rs344 per equity share of face value of Rs1 each.
The floor price is 344 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 43 equity shares of face value of Rs1 each and in multiples of 43 equity shares of face value of Rs1 each thereafter.
