Goodluck India Limited’s Bonus Committee approved 664.77 million shares in a 2:1 bonus

Goodluck India Limited announced that its Bonus Committee approved the allotment of 6,64,77,018 bonus equity shares in the proportion of 2:1 to shareholders as of the record date of August 21, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 6,64,77,018 to Rs 19,94,31,054. The bonus shares, with a face value of Rs 2 each, will be credited to shareholders' demat accounts, and will be available for trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on August 25, 2026.
