Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited announced the reappointment of Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari as Managing Director for five years, effective August 24, 2026, and Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari as Whole Time Director for five years, also starting August 24, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval. The company also announced the reappointment of Madhu Ramgopal Maheshwari as a director and scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
