Hi-Tech Gears' CIRP interim stay continues as NCLAT postpones hearing to September 2026

The Hi-Tech Gears Limited informed the BSE Limited that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) adjourned the hearing regarding the continuation of an interim stay on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) to September 25, 2026, from August 17, 2026, due to a lack of time, and directed the continuation of the interim stay initially granted on September 3, 2024.
