Cyient Ltd. announced that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share, equivalent to 240% on a par value of Rs 5 per share, for the financial year 2026-27, with 28 October 2026 set as the record date and payment scheduled for 17 November 2026.
