China market dips as investors anticipate stronger policy support

Chinese stocks closed lower on Thursday, disappointing investors with the latest signals from the central bank. The Shanghai Composite fell by 0.50% to 3,927, and the Shenzhen Component dropped 0.87% to 14,289.4, losing the gains from the previous session.
