Paras Healthcare Ltd IPO subscribed 0.34 times

The offer received bids for 0.41 crore units as against 1.21 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Paras Healthcare Ltd IPO received bids for 41,24,631 units as against 1,20,83,331 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:10 IST on Thursday (22 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.34 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 and it will close on Friday, 23 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 660 per share to 693 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 21 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 950 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,450 crore.
