Samco Mutual Fund has announced that, Mr. Ajay Bhanushali has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Personnel of Samco Asset Management Private Limited with effect from October 12, 2026

Name: Mr. Ajay Bhanushali

Age: 35 years

Designation: Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Qualification: LLB, B.Com.

Ms. Nidhi Shah ceases to be the Compliance Officer and key personnel of the AMC with effect from October 11, 2026. Accordingly, all references of Ms. Nidhi Shah shall stand deleted and replace it with Mr. Ajay Bhanushali effective the aforesaid date from SAI of the Fund.
